★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m impressed. The person in charge of hiring did a fantastic job at finding the most rude and utterly incompetent staff I’ve ever experienced in my life. The way the staff spoke to us, due to their own incompetence, was unacceptable. I’ve worked customer service for years and if I ever spoke to a customer like that, I’d be fired on the spot. Unbelievable rudeness.
