★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Two stars for the following reasons: ok quality at reasonable prices. However the music they play in the store is extremely offensive and vulgar. Kids are there with their parents and it is very inappropriate. When I mentioned this to the cashiers, they acted like they didn't notice any repetitive swearing in the songs. Based on their poor customer service, I do not recommend this outlet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be cautious with the new sale going on. Buy 1 get 1 item for 10 cents. All they did was raise the prices on the clearance stuff that was already liquidated between 5 -10$ to now 20$. So, technically you're not really getting a deal. I am in the store frequently since it is near my work so I browse sometimes on my lunch break and sometimes make a purchase. I know it's a business and they're out to make money which is understandable but, how dumb do you possibly think your customers are?!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the urban planet in Fairview and I had to wait 30+ minutes in line when there were only 3 people in front of me! They only had one cash open and the cashier was taking her sweet time... Besides they had about 4 other employees standing around talking! On top of that, the first time I washed my new pants, they became 2 sizes too big! I am very disapointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very loud obnoxious annoying music playing all the time, specially after the recent renovation, it seems the girls working here only play the music so loud for their own amusement, so annoying, will avoid this store in the future. If you're looking for a place to shop and actually enjoy your visit then avoid this place...

Is not easy to find some classy clothes and I tray to visited that I liked some clothes is cool classy and good prices just device needed more experience and activities more needed and people's find 3 very think honestly I clothes is like when i baying from Europe yes we need more developed good to see that good luck for more and good prices

Worst service ever. I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to return at the Place Vertu location, some items I bought online and the experience was atrocious. The manager and manager in training really should be demoted for the way they talk to customers. They were rude, condescending and unprofessional not to mention disrespectful to the customers. I was asked (verbatim) :” do you know how to read?” and was called a liar. I had heard other people’s bad experiences with this particular location but had to experience it myself. The manager told me to come back tomorrow because she could not be bothered to help me. They threw my things in a bag and I left. The store at Carrefour Laval returned my items no questions asked, no insults thrown at me and thanked me for my business

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very busy store with a odd messy layout. Sizes range from small to xl. Clothing is pretty good quality and cute. But it also had some of the worst customer service that I had the displeasure of encountering.
