โ โ โ โ โ Wonderful addition to the neighbourhood! Great little store for picking up packages locally. Owner even call personally to let us know package is ready for pick up. Alot more convenient than going to Airport location!

โ โ โ โ โ If you consider dropping off your parcel at this location, SKIP to other stores. I went to drop off my package today, they asked me to just leave it beside the door without even handling it. I was there at 1:30pm to drop off my package and the store said the package will be picked up tomorrow. While UPS websites stated that their drop-off deadline is 4:30pm, your packages will be left unattended until the next day.

Went there in a Tuesday afternoon to drop off a UPS package. A man greeted me with "What can I do for you?" as soon as I entered the store. After seeing my package is with UPS, he told me that I just missed the truck, but that doesn't bother me. I asked if there is a receipt for the drop-off, he told me that they don't give receipts, but a UPS store would. Overall it's an easy and quick experience for me.

I went there again today to mail something to the US. It's raining heavily today and one nice thing about this place is the plaza has covered parking so my box doesn't get wet. Another good thing is the store has services for DHL, UPS, and FedEx. Today I was planning to use UPS but the staff told me DHL would be cheaper, so I switched to DHL and it ended up being similar price as I researched for UPS but it will arrive the next day which is very helpful in my case.
Some people complain the staff is very slow. It's hard to say how slow or fast he is, but today there was someone ahead of me sending some documents within Canada and it took about 20 mins. I actually forgot to check the time spent shipping my box but probably around 30 mins. Regardless of the speed of the service, he asked both me and the customer before me to double check the address before putting on the package which I think is helpful and important.
Usually I reserve plenty of time when going to ship something so it's not too much of a problem for me. I love having this store close by in the neighborhood.
