★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great roujiamo (stewed pork burger) - wonderfully crisp bun with super moist pork and bright cilantro and peppers inside. Actually on the less salty side, maybe because they typically add more chili oil and I asked for it to be less spicy :)
Loved the zhajiamian (ground pork and soy bean paste noodles)! Noodles were so chewy and flavourful from the pork sauce. I think they are handmade as well, as the thickness varied a bit?
Got there too late (6PM) for the cold noodles, need to try next time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered the 凉皮 and 臊子面. 凉皮 tasted amazing. Very refreshing and clean. 5/5. The 臊子面 was really sour. They added a lot of vinegar. There wasn't much dressing so all you got was noodles. It was, however, a decently sized portion. 2/5

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oh yeah, super tasty. Got the cold noodles, spicy and non spicy both great. The stewed pork burger is the best I've had so far. The bread soaked in soup is ok. Wasn't bad, but wasn't amazing. Sitr fried noodle was ok too. Wish it had a bit more flavor. The noodle itself in all the dishes was excellent though. Really elevated whatever dish it was used in.
Took away a star for cash only :( Also charging extra for utensils.
Connected to a parking garage (3 floors I think?), plenty of space when we went, and the place is located in a food court. Again some people, but easy to find a place to sit.
