★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This shop has such a great selection of both pantry items and cleaning/hygiene products! Plus other random goodies that go with the zero waste/low-tox lifestyle. I came here and filled up on all of my shower and cleaning essentials. I can't wait to go back because there's so much more I didn't get! She even has powdered super foods and medicinal herbs! So cool. Highly recommend. One of the best places to shop in Parksville!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What an outstanding store!! If you are a kitchen Foodie you will love this store. Grab some tea, lentils, spice, soap and a new dish rag and off you go! Oh, and a recipe from the wonderful store owner Jaimee and back home to make Dahl soup. Product review: Purchased the reusable cotton rags (Unpaper Towels) to replace paper towel. The real test? Our BLACK KitchenAid and white flour do not mix well. I usually wipe down with soapy dish rag and polish with, you got it, PAPER TOWEL. I used a damp Unpaper Towel and with one wipe it not only came clean but no streaks or water drops. No need to polish! These really work! Head to this store and see Jaimee who is very knowledgeable and gracious. You will find great things you can use at fair prices and help the environment and your own health at the same time.

There is a great selection of food and home items plus the owner has very informative posts about the uses and benefits of items some people might not know much about.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finally got a chance to go visit Upward Refillery and had such a wonderful experience. The space is welcoming with a lot of refill options and low waste products. The staff is very knowledgeable and helped me find sustainable solutions to implement into my current lifestyle. I left with some amazing local products and cannot recommend Upward Refillery enough for residents and tourists. Definitely a must-go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I live in the area and noticed we had a new refillery! I came in with my sister and we enjoyed browsing around. The owner was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products. Some of the things they have I didn't even think could be reusable, very cool! Would definitely recommend checking this place out :)
