The lady that help me today she's Pilipino very nice and helpful I can't really explain what i need cuz the connection is missing she send me the item I'm looking for. She even offer for 2 day shipping and the back strap that connect to the chair.. she's the best. Love the product and the company policy.
J	Julie Rowe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We love our UpSeat! Both my daughter and son have been in it and we use it for meals at the table. They fit in it perfectly and it is so easy to clean. It is portable and we bring it up to the cottage for weekends. It straps in so easily and is sturdy on all chairs. I purchased one for my sister and sister in law. Over time with use, the tray actually snapped off and broke, but I emailed customer service and a new tray was on my doorstep within 24h!! I am so impressed as I was sad I had to take some time off from the UpSeat, but we are right back in comission. Thank you Jobie for all of your help, me and the two babies really appreciate everything you have done!!

The other high chair we had didn’t support her properly and the upseat fit her perfectly and is easy to clean! Also, customer service is amazing - we lost the conversion strap and they promptly responded and are sending a replacement. High recommend!

Also love to support a Canadian (and family-run business).. The seat did not disappoint. Received the older model (old version of tray) and when it cracked, I contacted the company on a Sunday evening and they replied almost immediately the same evening…. Which blew my mind! So kind and quickly resolved. They sent me the new version of the tray (improved design). We plan to buy the booster when our little one gets to that stage! Don’t hesitate to buy or put on your baby shower registry!

The tray is awesome for eating, play, and of course being in the medical field I love the benefit for hand eye coordination. The fact that sold me on this seat was the hip alignment and spine position. My daughter being born with bilateral hip dysplasia I only wanted the best to avoid excessive problems and this chair was such a huge help to avoid my little one having to wear the sling brace ???

It’s perfect for when he wants to play and I can get a few things done around the house. It can also be used as a high chair! Another bonus feature is how portable it is so we take it to his aunties and when we go out to eat! Definitely recommend!
J	Jacinta Ramsay on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the Upseat, but even more importantly, my bub loves the Upseat too! Feeding has become so much easier and less stressful since purchasing it. My son feels supported and comfortable in it which has improved meals time. We can put him on our dining table to join in with family meals, or take it into our backyard for a picnic so he can’t just toddle off during during eating. We found the Upseat to be so much better designed and made of better materials than other similar seats on the market as it supports posture and has much greater leg room for growing bubs. Also it’s so easy to clean. Our bub is on the taller/larger size and he still has plenty of room in the Upseat. We are still using it at 19months, and plan to keep using it for some time to come. For us, this is the only baby seat worth buying. Many thanks to the this family run company for designing such a great little seat.
