My experience was so poor I had to share. Hopefully this helps others avoid what I went through. I found this place online and tried to call during the week - nobody answered so I thought i would drive there on Saturday. Found out on the Saturday that the place was closed and by appointment only....Thats fine, i can even say thats on me for trusting google without verifying first. My wife was able to connect with Andrea(not sure if she was an owner or just a worker) the following Saturday through Facebook market place. My wife was very specific about what we were looking for and Andrea informed my wife that she had three of that item in stock and because she was not opening on Sunday that she would hold one for the appointment we scheduled for Monday. What a big lie that was. We showed up for our appointment, and she asked if we wanted to buy the entire 3 peice set and we confirmed that we only wanted to purchase the one item that we put on hold and she quickly said its sold. A couple things I wanted to point out. 1. I cant confirm if Andrea said was telling a lie based on her preferring to sell that item as a set, but i can confirm that she did lie saying that she would hold that item for us. 2. She didnt make the effort to attempt to review her communication with my wife to verify what she said.....we didnt ask her to but she did say that she cant keep up with the social media because she gets 10 messages a day.....Is it really that hard and if you cant keep track why use that platform for your store. Very disappointed and would never go back nor recommend this place to anyone.

Spend your money elsewhere. I corresponded with Andrea (the owner) a week prior and booked an appointment for today. As I was on my way there, traffic was heavy, so out of courtesy, I touched base to let her know I'd likely be 5-10 mins late... it was only then that I learned she took a "last minute trip" and wasn't going to be at the store. Apparently she forgot to put me in her calendar. This was disappointing since I was coming from out of town just to try some nursing recliners. Not only did she not own up to her mistake, she seemed unapologetic and extremely rude. I told her I would make it by 11am, and she responded saying that her associate can be there for noon. Despite this, since I was already on my way to the showroom, I decided to still give this business a chance. Andrea ended up arranging for her associate, Dana, to meet me at the store at our originally agreed upon time. Dana was lovely and kind. Honestly, I felt bad that she had to come an hour early due to Andrea's mistake - so I didn't want to give Dana a hard time. After trying the floor models, I was ready to purchase a recliner... and then I find out from Dana that Andrea had misinformed me about the operating hours of the warehouse. When I was corresponding with Andrea, she had told me that I'd make my payment at the store, and then I could make my way to the warehouse to pick up the recliner. But Dana informed me that the warehouse isn't open every weekend. This was very frustrating because this means I had driven for an hour all the way to Oakville for nothing because the warehouse wasn't even open today. Even if the products are good and sold for a decent price, this isn't how you do business. I would highly suggest to look elsewhere; another place where the owner is more organized and displays professionalism.

We just purchased our first crib set and it was very easy. Andrea was very knowledgeable and professional and gave us a great price on our crib and dresser. I will recommend Rooms to Grow to all our expecting friends.

My husband and I purchased a glider chair from Rooms to Grow. Andrea was very responsive and accommodating. Definitely a store worth checking out if you are in the market for nursery furniture.

I just had my baby furniture delivered from Rooms To Grow. I am so pleased with the quality of the items and customer service I received from them. The delivery guys were excellent - very friendly and most importantly very careful in carrying the boxes up to my nursery. The crib was easy to set up and looks amazing in the nursery. We will recommend this company to all of our friends.

Andrea was amazing to deal with! We ordered a chair, crib and the most adorable hand drawn photos from her store. It was the start of our nursery and everything came together perfectly. Our little babes room is beautiful and awaiting her arrival and we can’t thank Andrea enough for all her help and amazing products! We finally have the nursery all set for baby's arrival!  We really love our Metro convertible crib by Natart and matching dresser! The change pad topper also worked out really well! We have sat in the recliner a few times and so far so good. We'll see how the baby likes it!
