Did not deliver my package for 3 days due to vancouvers minuscule amount of snow being classified as an “emergency situation”. Anywhere else in Canada this wild be laughable. The 1800 number is not helpful in the least. Fed ex is out there delivering my package, but god for it UPS delivers.

Here's what brought me (and possibly YOU!) to this lovely UPS facility. There's an old game my final mile driver likes to play and a game I enjoyed when I was younger. It's called "ding-dong ditch", but this time, I didn't get any ding-dong for the 2 "attempts" at delivering my package. You'll be graced with 3 attempts before your package is considered undeliverable and is held at this facility here for 5 days. 5 days before it is sent right back to where it came from; or in the bin. I make my trek to the shipping depot after calling UPS - being on hold for 40 minutes; to figure out why my final mile driver doesn't want to see my (un)pretty face. Alas, I am presented with no choice but to summon myself at the shipping depot to retrieve my package. I arrive, on a mild Tuesday afternoon. No directions are present in the waiting area (parking lot), however; I see others just like me who arrive to pick up packages! I await in line in my charriot. Minutes go by, I see others who are ahead of me decide it's taking much too long and the package shall be sacrificed. I guffaw - fools! I laugh. 40 minutes in, no they are not the fools. I am the fool for thinking this would be a brisk process. 1 hour and 15 minutes in, I arrive in the chambers where I am presented with a clerk (please be advised to be kind to the clerk as the complications surrounding delivery are beyond their control). After 15 minutes, I am able to leave with my package in my possession! UPS' delivery experience (upheld by my final mile driver) has been 10/0 which means I cant possibly give them a rating because I didn't get my package delivered! (It did however cross 3 continents reliably) Note: Please set aside at least 2 hours to pickup your package. Don't be rude to the clerk. Have fun.

They are scammers and should be reported to Consumer Protection. The driver never delivered my items and they lied about making "3 attempts." I live in a house and was home at the time of the "attempts" and no knocking or ringing. I even called and paid my fees over the phone and got a receipt for payment and the person on the phone told me that the driver will deliver my package by the end of the day and item was never received. The driver posted again that he made an attempt at around 7:00 p.m. which is when I was home and waiting for them literally by the door. Customer service is also clueless. Update: after spending the whole day on the phone with numerous customer service reps, they transferred me to a supervisor and she said that I could go and pick up my package from the party by 3:00 p.m. today. I got there 15 minutes before 3:00 p.m. and they they would not let me in and told me that the lady that works at the Richmond airport location is already leaving. This is after I have proof that they lied about attempted deliveries and never came back last Thursday. Everyone should report them to Consumer Protection B.C., the people running the Richmond location should be fired and UPS should know that the company is being run by incompetent people and scammers.

Poor company. I have not receive my package for almost 2 weeks. I was tried to call them three times to asking for my package and they told me they will send a message to the warehouse and call me in the same date to explain or tell me when they’re going to deliver my package and still did not receive any call from them. Every time I tried to call, I got the same answers and today they said they will send my package out to my home but did not get it. Can your company do anything better than keep our package in the warehouse just for fun? If it’s damaged, you will pay back for me or just don’t care about my package?

The absolute Worst delivery and customer service I have ever encountered in my 27 years of doing business. I would not recommend UPS to anyone unless they don't care about reliability, communication and their end receiver. There are three reasons I won't give UPS a zero. One it would not show us as a review, two one delivery person named Shayan that I happened to meet on the street while waiting for my delivery which was promised multiple times and never delivered. He took down my number and personally took a vested interest getting the delivery made personally today. The third reason is a customer service in the Philippines name Dalia who was the ONLY person who followed through in the customer service departed and called me back. I had made no less than a dozen phone call to the customer service line trying to determine where and when my package was to be delivered after it did not show up last week as was indicate. I received several case numbers trying to resolve this and that it was made as an "Urgent" priority. I received multiple excuses why it wasn't delivered that were just that excuses but clearly not valid as there was no consistency between the customer service reps. Every time I was told "rest assured a supervisor will call you back today" no one ever called. I asked if they could contact the Richmond BC depot to understand what the actual problem was and when i could reasonably expect the deliver, the answer was no to that is not possible. I was a complete disaster from start to finish and I am guessing that I would still be waiting for this delivery if it wasn't for Shayan taking a personal interest in resolving this issue. UPS you have a long way to go and a huge opportunity to fix an entirely broken system.

Consistently the worst company to deal with on the planet. You should be so proud UPS. The last 2 packages shipped to me via UPS the driver didn’t even leave his truck. No buzzing the intercom and no delivery tag even left. Don’t you track them? Are they just driving around making right turns all day and cherry picking the easy stops to make some minimum quota? I will be calling to talk to a manager. Prove me wrong and actually respond to this message

I've been trying to get the paper work from UPS to self declare my package for over a week now! Every time I've called I'm told " we're sorry, I'll put the request through again". After denying a "discount" on the brokerage fees by UPS I was transferred to a Supervisor who claimed she'd call the warehouse and sort the issue out then call me the following day but no one has called and I still have no paperwork! I'm currently on hold waiting to speak with yet another Supervisor. UPS it is my Legal right to the declare my own package and the paperwork should have been sent a week ago! I am prepared to take further action!

I have been tracking a package that has been out for delivery for over 2 months now. I have called in every week for the past 8 weeks, each time giving them the correct delivery address and being assured that the package is on its way. As of now, the tracking progress still says " customer requested to pick up package at Richmond warehouse." This is not what I requested and all I've gotten over the last 2 months is BS lip service with no progress in receiving my shipment. Still no package. Would not recommend this company.
