they are not professional at this job, uneducated, rude, min, no communication about what they are doing.
They just think about the money. No customer service.
I never recommended this company to any one.
Generally this company it’s all stress and they are thief.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tan was an excellent agent with my urgent delivery despite difficulties with airport cancelations no fault of the courier service. My package went from helicopter service to airport, and after multiple cancelations of a particular airline, Tan personally went to the airport called back my documents and put them on another airline, updating me until take off. It was exactly the service I needed with the attention required and as a personal assistant I can say he provided exactly the service and procedures I myself would have done in the same situation. The level of service matched the price, and it was a good value for the money despite being a fairly costly hotshot service.
I would recommend and in the same situation I would use this company again without hesitation.
