Package sent from AUS to Vancouver on express shipping- left AUS 12 hours after posting- hasn't been seen since. No updates from customs (scan) Canada post are as useless as always as customs hasn't updated it. Terrible service all the time from this mob. 5 weeks later and no one can give me any info.

I have been waiting for the package for 1 month ... Seeing the comments, I can conclude that they hold people's packages for themselves ... Big lack of professionalism. If I could I would put zero stars. I had the misfortune to fall on you. I do not know what your policy includes, but certainly not steal things from people. At least give us back our money. I do not understand how you are not yet in problems with customers.

My package has been there for over a month now. Hopefully they are just holding it due to COVID but I have a feeling that's not the case. Seems like I'm not the only one with this issue. Super unfortunate, since it was an awesome gift form my friend in Victoria. I sure hope if someone there stole it they are enjoying it more than my friends would have.

Zero stars. Shipped essential items express mail and paid over $150 USD to have in 3-5 days. I can get express mail delivered in Bhutan inside of a week, all around the world. This came 5 hours up the road and there it sits, no accountability, can’t answer a question, the worst ever postal experience, so many weeks and no idea if it will ever arrive.

HORRIBLE experience! I finally made it past the lady that talks about COVID measures and all that for about 5mins straight. Once I made it past that I finally got to be put on hold for real. I'm still on hold. I'd hang up and call later, but can't imagine having to go through that 5 minutes of rambling again. I feel bad for whoever had to record all that. I'm trying to find out where one of my parcels is that has been sitting there for 10 days now. Looks like I'm not as bad off as some except that is a very pricey parcel and I'm pretty upset at the wait time for the parcel. I understand things being slowed down.... but 10 days is a major delay in my opinion. I will not be happy if I don't receive my product. It costed over $200. If you actually read these reviews can you please provide people with information as to where their parcels are? We are paying for these services and expect them to be met. I've paid just over $90 for shipping. I finally got through to someone and they said that it can take up to 15 business days for clearance. After that point call to find out the reason it is being held. Hope this helps some other customers.

Honestly wondering what it takes to become a customs officer these days. Definitely the bottom of the barrel hires at this place. Packages consistently get held up for weeks on end, no communication, rude employees. Complete and utter simpletons work here.

Usps shipment given to customs 3.46pm april 4. When I inquired about the two week delay, I was informed that nothing moved to warehouse before 3 weeks. My shipments normally clear in Montreal or Ontario in 3 days. Clearly there is a problem with the vancouver mail center.

My package has been stuck there for over 10 days, with absolutely no update, no one will give me a straight answer by email or phone, just that I have to wait I am incredibly disappointed that something like this can happen in Canada, I am honestly afraid that someone will end up stealing my package. I feel helpless and don't know who else to contact.
