★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seriously bad. It's difficult to find because of poor signage and some of the employees, if you can get them to pay attention to you, have horrific attitudes and are very rude. I don't understand why this shop was made an access point and prefer not to order through UPS because it means I'll probably have to deal with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was expecting for delivery coming from UPS I stayed home to make sure I'll received my package only to find out they left just a note downstairs at my apartment building that I needed to grab my package at the office it sucks... they could have rang the door bell that day since I was anticipating for their delivery for 3 days...prior to that I ordered a package online and I know it was quite heavy but they just left it at the entrance door of my apt. Building without even notifying me..at the end of the day good thing I recognized it and nobody stole my 300$ worth package.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever! talking to the lady at the counter is like insulting her. you can stand there for 10 minutes and won’t be acknowledged, if you say hi, you get a look like she doesn’t want you to be there. i don’t even know why UPS is partnering with vendors like this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give zero stars if possible. The person attending didn’t even bother saying your welcome after giving an awful when I said thanks when leaving after the awful experience, overcharging the prices that are mentioned on the flyers on the wall. When asked why is she charging more, she said because ‘she said so’ and proceeded with a marker to cross out the papers pasted on the wall. I would rather walk 5km and go to ups store than go there in the future.
