Worst Customer Service ever. Cant say Hi or Hello to anyone doesnt say have a good day either as an old covenient store clerk it was IMPORTANT for me and my customers to serve them with respect they never recognize anyone.went there everyday for 2 years and everytime i was devastated in the lack of professionnalism will go by my product at the convenient store next to it instead for now

This employee was very disrespectful! Warning ⚠️ this Petro Canada service has gone down! I just had the worst experience today. I got gas and went in to pay, I saw Kinder chocolate was on sale 2/$3.00 so I picked up 2. As I go to pay at the cash, I tell this kid at the cash, before paying I mention the kinder chocolate is on sale 2/$3.00. He said “oui oui.” Therefore I go ahead and pay. Realizing he over charged me. I go back to explain to him you over charged me. He doesn’t understand what I’m telling him. Then he said to me “parler en français, Je ne parle pas anglais” In my head, I was thinking is this guy for real? I responded in a public service job like Petro Canada and living in Quebec we are a bilingual province. He continued to say “parler en français” so me being completely bilingual I replied “comme je l'expliquais en anglais, vous m'avez trop fait payer pour le chocolat Kinder. avant de vous payer, j'ai dit que le bon chocolat était en vente pour 2 / $3.00 et je voudrais aussi payer mon essence. maintenant vous m'avez surfacturé et je veux récupérer mon remboursement s'il vous plaît.” Just the look on his face was priceless because he totally didn’t expect that from me. Then his coworker came out to help me because he knew he was in trouble, as I explain to him I took your picture and I’m reporting you to Petro Canada head office, The Consumer Protection Act is a Quebec law which gives protections to consumers in dealing with merchants and businesses. It requires merchants to deal honestly in all matters of advertising, and in fair contracts. Your cameras don’t lie!! everyone including the other customers who saw how your employees behaviour is unexceptable especially when you refuse to help me and make other customers wait because of your language barrier and stinky attitude that your coworker had to step in and help.

Twinkies expired and still on shelves. Can’t explain how it’s always not clean and how shelves have dust on them. Not really that place to go for anything other than gaz. It really needs changes in my opinion

Really deserves 0 stars, not sure when a person can't enter when they have a scooter with them. Went in to buy milk and the staff was so hostile. Needs new staff
