Service exécrable!!!! Laissent les colis sur le trottoir à la vue de tous! Même pas un minimum d'effort pour le cacher un tout petit peu!! Résultat: 4 colis volés!!!!! Pire service de livraison que j'ai jamais vu! Worse delivery service ever! Packages left on the sidewalk because my door is directly on the side walk! I have plenty of places to hide the pakage (I have a huge flower box and usually delivery services let my packages behind). However, TForces let my packages DIRECTLY ON THE SIDEWALK! They don't even try to hide it a tiny little bit! Result: I have 4 packages stolen because they were left like that. I DO NOT recomment this service. Never ever! Customer service don't take any responsability for their bad service! Just stop delivering packages if you cannot do it right!

I would put zero stars if I could. They sent me a photo of the delivered package only when I emailed asking where my package was? Arent these photos supposed to be sent when the package arrives at the door? The time stamp on their "photo proof"make no sense because I was home at that time so why didnt they wait for me to come?In any case, no professional delivery company would leave a bright pink package box at the front door....Then they claim that its enough proof to show that they did delivered it and to go ask the "sender" for a refund if I dont see my package. Great.

DO NOT use this service! I missed work to receive an online purchase. I live in a condo building, the information was clearly indicated on my delivery bill to ring as I was home. The driver simply plopped the parcel in the front entrance (we have him on security camera). The main entrance is on a busy street and close to the sidewalk. Within a few minutes the parcel was stolen. Even if the driver is too lazy to ring, there was an empty planter's box next to the entrance that he could of hidden the parcel in and nobody would of seen it. When I called customer service, they kept repeating they were so sorry for the inconvenience, however offered no excuse as to why driver did not ring. When asked for a call back as to find out what measure would be taken for this not to happen again, of course nobody called back..

Never got my package delivered. Have been calling them the entire week and the response is always the same: they'll call back within 24 hours. When I called yesterday (Friday), they said they'll call by the end of the day. Still haven't heard anything from them. I have no doubt that the courier is the one who stole my package, as there was no proof of delivery. Honestly wonder why any company deals with them, seeing the amount of reports that come through here.

These guys delivered two parcels but left them on my community mail box in my building and not by my door despite the fact that I paid for expedited delivery from the shipper. I work from home, it took me ten minutes to head down to my mailroom to receive the parcels but the were not there. How could my shipment be stolen in ten minutes? Oh yes, I remember having numerous missing parcel issues all the time when this company was Dynamex. This is the first time I received a shipment from this racket from a company other than Amazon, so I can’t rely on the Amazon guarantee. I called customer service and they sent me a photo of my building and two boxes but you can’t read the boxes. Prepare for a bad experience when a company chooses to send your purchase through TransForce. I have no idea how this business isn’t being investigated by the police. Maybe CBC Marketplace should investigate as well.

I have had an order “in transit” with TForce for nearly a month. On the tracking website, it says that my package was received in the Brampton warehouse, but upon contacting the “customer service”, they merely insist it is in transit. Curiously, the tracking website says it is being shipped from St Laurent to Brampton, even though I am in Montreal. I suspect my package was lost or stolen and they are hoping I just forget about it. EDIT: I just contacted the seller of my item and they were immediately able to confirm that the item was "lost" in transit. I would imagine that TForce would also have access to this information. So indeed, it appears TForce strategy is to insist a lost item is on its way and hope that you forget about it.

I never received my package. In their site it's mentioned that they delivered it at 10 a.m. in the front door and I didn't receive any notice. AT LEAST LEAVE A NOTICE OR CALL WHEN YOU'RE DELIVERING ! I received a message from Reebok at 11 a.m. saying it was delivered. As soon as I read it, I went downstairs and nothing was there. The receptionist of my building didn't receive anything either. So, basically, either they stole my package or they left it outside in the street where anyone else can steal it. I wouldn't be surprised if that's the case given the horrible reviews I read about them. I wrote an inquiry : T202201151237766. Please do your job and contact me. Otherwise, the sender will require a proof of delivery. Thank you for your uselessness.

What kind of courier service leaves their clients' packages on their doorstep without ringing the bell or alerting their presence? Package was visible and could've easily been stolen by anyone off the streets. Absolutely pathetic. Luckily for me, my package did not get 'lost' or 'stolen' and arrived on the attempted delivery date. AVOID this company at all cost.
