★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really couldn't be happier with the electric "connected" roller shades. I just placed my 3rd order. Online chat is populated with human beings that can actually answer questions correctly, not a chat bot that gives you the runaround until you give up. All round GREAT experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is an honest opinion of my experience, please do not judge for we all have different expectations and experiences.
To start off the sales team was helpful and courteous in helping me out with the measurements of my 9 windows. She took the time on the phone to get the perfect size for all my windows.
Second the installation was straight forward regardless of other reviews I have seen about the hardware issues.
Third, the only issue I had was one of the headrail of my blinds had a dent which prevented it to latch to the bracket but once again the customer service was helpful and sent me a replacement.
To summarize it all, hats off to select blinds for all your help and efforts, our windows looks amazing. I will definitely recommend your company to family and friends, thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So far the service is 5 star, but I am waiting on replacements shades that was my fault for mis-measuring. Staff is supportive, answer quickly and the fact that you donate the product to charity is a BIG PLUS to me rather than waste into the garbage. I look forward to receiving my new blackout shades, even with the too narrow ones that let light in- I sleep better at night! Thank you SELECT BLINDS easy online shopping, great product so far and a couple weeks in production and delivery is not bad at all. I will give another review once our new shades are up- YES I ORDERED two now!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So far so good! Lots of information on the site, very helpful people on Chat, easy to place order. Hope the quality and sizing is as good as most reviews say it is. Looking forward to receiving our new blinds.
Part two: Our five blinds came promptly. Good quality. One blind had a defective lift and lock button for the cordless feature. Easy to reach someone at Select Blinds and a replacement arrived very quickly.
The wands to tilt the blinds kept coming off in my hand when I turned them. The directions in the book were different than the wands provided. Made a few further contacts and once again Anastasia looked after things. A couple of replacement wands were sent. The difference was that these ones did not have a metal hook at the top. (This is the way they were shown in the instructions) We removed those extra hooks and all is good!
Very happy with my new pewter grey premium aluminum blinds with no cords!
Decided to order more. But I guess these are all being discontinued. Ordered the Designer Cordless instead. Hope I will be happy with those as they are a lighter weight aluminum than
the Premium ones.
All in all, happy with my purchases thus far. Blinds look good and service has been very good.

Maybe one comment though : order process fee does not make sense!
Update: i receive and install my blinds; looks really nice, i am happy so far. Upon the 5 blinds i ordered, one looks wobbly/crooked. I opened a ticket with selectblinds, let see....
but no problem with the other ones, fit great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From the start this company has lived up to all promises and provided top notch customer service. We got our samples in less than a week, ordered the 3" light filtering sheer shades which arrived in under 2 weeks and easily installed the blinds. The look is awesome, material is very nice; these are great blinds at exceptionally good value. If I was to criticize anything I'd say we'd have preferred a metal chain system and a bit more robust mechanism for mounting the chain to the window casing but otherwise, I'd definitely buy blinds from this company in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall I had positive experience with Select Blinds.
The initial order was easy to be placed. I wanted to be sure about the measurements and asked someone from customer service to call me to help out. The call back was quick and helpful and the order was placed and Paid in full in November 2021 with scheduled delivery in 3 weeks.
By the delivery day, I have received an email advising on material shortage and was provided with a new delivery day - December.
I understand, things happened and did not thought anything about it.
In December, the delivery date was pushed out again to January, and in January to February.
At this point, I have contacted customer service and asked for reimbursement.
I have to say, Vera from CS contacted me directly and asked if I would be interested to substitute my product with another one. My answer was no, and I asked for full reimbursement at this point without canceling the order. When material would be available for my order, I was more then happy to pay it again. Next day my order of 4 blinds was shipped to me.
I just installed my blinds and am very happy with the quality. They are stylish, super easy to install and compliment my decor.
Still giving it a 5 stars rating, although will suggest to advise the customer at the moment of order that the material is not available in stock and not to wait 3 month before shipping the product especially when material is available.
