I have used the big brand store for years, but got tired of being ignored when I picked up prescriptions, and the lengthy turnover time. At universal health pharmacy in Chestermere, they greet me by name, fill prescriptions efficiently in a timely manner, keep track of my medication needs and always treat me with respect. I would definitely recommend universal health pharmacy #5 in Chestermere, AB. Michelle Pedersen

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I popped in one day to fill a random script...Ali knew more about my prescriptions and how to explain them than shoppers drug mart who I had been using for 13 YEARS. I switched all my prescriptions THAT DAY and I am GLAD I did! Ali is very knowledgeable and great at explaining well! And at anywhere from 10-27$ difference PER prescription it is worth the drive I now make of 30 min EACH WAY just for the great service and knowledge. KEEP UP THE REALLY GREAT WORK!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pharmacist (Khyati Patel) was amazing! Came in for a booster shot, and it was so busy with people looking for booster shots, rapid test kits, and prescriptions. She absolutely took it in stride and was kindly available for everyone and their questions, despite being the only employee there; amazing 10/10 service, would go again!
