★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maybe just my experience, but I would've liked her ask more feedback during the process. The layers were terribly blended. I had two distinct layers in my hair, which I spent hours trying to blend on myself. It felt like of similar quality to what I've received at Great Clips for $25 more.
During the cut, she also was "just going to add more to your bangs" and added a bunch of volume to my curtain bangs without asking whether I wanted it or not. Now the bangs I had carefully sculpted are much too voluminous and it's impossible to style them to suit my face. I end up pinning my hair back every day cause I can't look at myself with it down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got a haircut and keratin treatment and I love the results! Sandra is an amazing stylist, I told her what cut I wanted and she made it into something more beautiful than I expected. I got compliments from friends and family! She also told me every step she's doing and I appreciated that. Jade also assisted with my treatment and gave me lots of advice on taking care of my hair. I have hair issues and both ladies were very kind on giving tips on how to resolve it at home. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this salon to everyone.

I've really loved my hair cut after each visit. Jade was very good about checking the cut with me through my first visit, which I really appreciated. Jade has been friendly and easy to talk with at all of my visits. I will be going back regularly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have gone to see Jade at this salon many times. Each time, I have loved my hair cut. She does not rush and wants to make sure you get the style you are looking for. Also, nice scalp massages during the hair wash is a very nice added bonus. So soothing and nice.
