β β β β β Lovely atmosphere, I really benefited from the over 50's yoga class. They have a good range of different classes for different needs. Such a bonus to be able to hang out afterwards and chat for a while with everyone, drinking some nice tea, before heading our separate ways.

β β β β β Unity is not only an amazing yoga studio (fantastic teachers) and teahouse (great hand blended tea selection!), it's also a lovely warm, welcoming and generous community. A great place for relaxing, healing and connecting.

β β β β β I Love this studio!!! Great environment, one wall is all windows for that nature lighting and calming feel. Excellent for the summer breeze and now that winter is here I find the natural light to be essentail for beating those winter blues. The instructors are wonderful at providing guidance, encouragement and enthusiasm. They like to make sure that everyone in the class is getting what they came for and doing it safely. I really feel taken care of, refreshed and beeming with positivity after I leave. BONUS they provide yoga mats !!

β β β β β This studio is what a yoga studio is supposed to be. Whereas most studios in Vancouver are set-up to get you in and out as fast as possible this studio allows you to mingle, chat and drink a wide selection of delicious in-house mixed/brewed teas, while meeting interesting, friendly yogis. The focus on yoga "unity" is real here. Best yoga studio in the city!

β β β β β I came to see Sue at her clinic and was thoroughly taken care of. It's a beautiful and calming space. She delved carefully into the reasons for my visit and then she explained the herbs that she uses. She included me in the creations and clearly explained how to use them. I left feeling excited to get started on my journey with herbs. I highly recommend having a consultation with Sue. Her teas are so yummy too!

β β β β β This place is a hidden sanctuary since it is about a block away from Commercial skytrain station. If you are bored, on a budget, and want to have some human connection with locals this is the place. They have many classes and events. I was there last night for Kirtan meditation, it is by donation & suitable for all ages. They offer cushion or chairs. Thereβs nothing physical, just a wholesome evening of chanting and breathing exercises. It kinda feels like a mini concert !
