J	Jai Krishnan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easily a 2 hour wait. Very slow and inefficient. Spoke to an airline agent when I was in the line , this is apparently very common. Be prepared for a 2 hour wait. Plan well ahead.

I just got through security and there is another line behind it at least 30 minutes long. Arrive 3 hours early. Two is not enough. Very inefficient!!

I’m ashamed this person’s poor attitude towards travelers who may not know as much as he does about traveling is representing us in a foreign country. It wasn’t crowded and it was early in the day so he certainly wasn’t being overworked. The Canadian agent was great.
C	Cindy Wang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ US Customs office is very nice. Because Covid-19, people should have 14 days quarantine, but if you stay inside airport hotel, you can back US. I come here to got F-1 statue because they have good reviews.

Also some US customs officers are have an unfriendly, unwelcoming and rude attitude towards tarvellers and other staff which is unprofessional and inapropriate for them who protect the borders. Keep in mind to be patient and truthful during the clearance.
M	Maria Santana on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with a border patrol agent. Very rude and arrogant and I overheard him talking about how he can’t wait for Trump to come back. So I believe he was in fact discriminating against me, since I’m a woman of color.
