★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have sent my passport for visa issuance and it is sitting with Canada post since Nov 24th and no one is collecting my passport. Canada post has issued final notice that my parcel will be returned if consulate doesn't collect it. Can someone please help here?

This Canada post is 6 mins away from your office. All my parcels for your consulate were delivered here. It is Canada post policy in covid they are not delivering at door step. They deliver at nearest post office and inform you through a notice card.

Decided to write a review, which I never do, because of the high percentage of negative ones. Surprised considering it's never been my experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst service ever, I have called many times to ask some informations about renewal of my moroccan drinving license I lost it so I need to renew it in order to apply for a Canadian one , unfortunately I figured out that the person's who answered my calls they don't have any informations couldn't even answer my questions. What a shame, very disappointed with the service of moroccan consulat call centre. We are asking for help Please.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It has been a realy horrible experience of waiting outside for almost 2h at -10c to hear the security guy at the gate we don’t have any time for today please come back tomorrow!! And it was only to take appointment with laadoul. Come on guys we are in 2022 costumer service is important.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This embassy is awful in terms of visa services! On the website it said it takes 17 days to receive a visa. It's been 2 months that I applied for a visa but no response. Then I asked to receive my passport since my travel has been cancelled due to the delay in receiving visa and loose the conference deadline that I was suppose to participate. Still no response! Awful awful customer services!!!
I should note that I don't have any phone number ending with 2073 , or 2624. Also, I did not have any missed calls from your embassy. In addition, you had my email address that you could use to inform me about the decision that has been made. Like today (May 5, 2022), when you called me, you could do it 1.5 months ago. I called the embassy multiple times to ask for the final decision, and the embassy operator asked me to use the web form. I fulfilled it twice, but still, there was no response. I cannot accept any excuses for not being able to contact me since you had my email address.
Why this negative review should push you to find me!
