★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife, Kaye and I were extremely impressed how, after I came in to your store to show you a picture of the water damage from a poorly installed toilet on our new linoleum due to a poorly installed toilet, you said you would come to the house after work that day to check it out. Then, knowing how incredibly busy you were, you managed to fit us in a very busy schedule to have your guys come out and do the install for us in a timely manner. We are so impressed with your caring, customer service and are VERY happy customers. We cannot recommend more highly the service and quality you and your team provided us. Thank you.

Went in to purchase carpet for bedrooms, they were very knowledgeable and helped me pick out the right carpet for the rooms. Prices were amazing. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. We will be back for our next flooring projects!!!!

Sales manager Rick was so helpful and patient while we took a while to choose the type of flooring. the installers Terry and Doug were such a pleasure to have in our home for the 7 days it took to complete the job. These guys are excellent! they removed all the old hardwood flooring, carpets, tile and linoleum. They worked efficiently and showed lots of consideration for our home. They consulted with us before every step to ensure we were satisfied with their approach. Terry and Doug were professional and respectful and we enjoyed their company. I recommend United Flooring Sidney to everyone local who is considering new floors. Well done United Flooring Sidney! 5 stars and all thumbs up!

Not only did he help choose the right product, but also advised me on how to navigate through the reno I had to do because a remediation company had ruined my office and warehouse spaces. Rick helped me figure out how to come in under budget, took care of several tradespeople needed, and made sure that all was good at the end. He has gone above and beyond and I would go there again and again because of his knowledge, kindness and common sense advice. Thanks Rick!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently completed a tiling project for two rooms in our home and found the products and service by United Floors (Sidney) to be truly excellent in every way. Rick Robinson was very patient and helpful in selecting the right tiles for the project and scheduling the installation by Sergie who was meticulous and careful in his attention to every detail. It is very rare these days to find contractors who take pride in their workmanship, who are punctual and who clean up the site thoroughly after each day of work.
My wife and I are delighted with the outcome of this project and we highly recommend United Floors (Sidney) for top quality products and installation work. We will definitely have them back to do more work for us in the future.
