At the time of my order, there was availability and my order was processed. The company charged my credit card on the same day. See excerpt in the photo. Fast forward to January 5, I get an email notification from the company indicating they are back ordered on N95 masks from their supplier until January 31st. Their online system is not an accurate representation of availability. And the company charges your credit card immediately despite the lack of supply. Hopefully, I will get my respirators in due time. I just wanted to share about my unpleasant buying experience from this company. UPDATE: Shortly after my initial Google review, United Canada Inc. processed my order. I received the N95 masks within 2 days. THANK YOU United Canada Inc. As a result, I have upgraded the Google Review rating from 2 stars to 5 stars to reflect an overall positive client experience.

Call UC courier speak to person. They say will get back to me. Never happens. Call UC customer support all day. Goes to voice mail, which is full and not accepting messages. Next day. Call UC customer support all day. Goes to voice mail, which is full and not accepting messages. Email. Never receive a response. Fundamentally, I no longer trust the organization. What else are they screwing up that I can't see. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Will never use again.

Located in a commercial plaza, this small business occupies a small office footprint with a warehouse setting in the back. Probably operated with about 10-15 persons.
