Great service and great work. When in Whistler, I won’t go anywhere else from here on in. … and we love the sticker… witnessed a strange reaction from someone who did not… ski tech handled this disgruntled rude dude famously!

Came here for a hot wax near the end of season and was advised a essential service would be better. Picked up the board next day and I could tell the job done was a quick one. Board wax was pretty uneven, light and overall not great. Wax was gone after half a day. Was disappointed given I went on recommendation.

I just order for wax and edges, but the surface was full of scratches and returned. However, they can't help being hurt on the table and there is no apology. It was a new board that I just bought, but it's very sad. I shouldn't have ordered if it hurt so much.

Don’t buy anything from this store. Shady Business. Very arrogant staff and Owner. This place has the worst customer service I have ever seen. Bought a snowboard from this shop as a gift for my friend. After about 15 days on the board the base separated. I did some research and found several other cases online with the same issue which were covered under warranty. Within seconds of bringing it in they tried blaming us for abusing the board even though it was treated better than anything I’ve ever owned. The refused to do a warranty and said if they sent it to the manufacturer there was 90% chance we would never see the board again. So we brought it to a snowboard and ski repair shop from someone who’s been working over 30 years and he said it’s definitely a problem with the board not the user. We tried to send it to the manufacturer ourselves but found out only authorized dealers can and they are not one. It appears they are unable to do warranties and will just blame you for breaking your board to get out of it. They wouldn’t even give us a discount on a new board saying why should we pay for your mistake. Just terrible.

Have been using Underground for 5+ years, they are the only place a I trust with my boards. Josh and the crew are always super helpful and do excellent work. Could not recommend them any more highly.

They provide rental service to try out snowboards before making a purchase. After paying for the rental snowboards, I was informed that they did not have any in stock. Since I already had a snowboard, I wouldn’t have spent an additional $60. I think customers should be able to make informed decisions. I was hoping to upgrade my board before hitting the slope the next day. If they do not have board available for sale they should say so.
