★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this little big shop. Such a large assortment of things. Love the treasure hunt experience this shop provides. I've been there lots of times and just today I learnt it also has a small playhouse for the kids while you shop. I recommend you check it out!

Laura is great if you find a good product too, looks into it to see if she can source it at the store! I particularly love that she has brought some Aussie and NZ brands to Whistler, makes it a little more like home for our little ones :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took quite a bit of time to ship, about 7 business days(not counting the two weekends), which is understandable. My issue was that they hadn't gotten back to me when I emailed asking about the status of my item, I had to wait about 2-3 days after that email was sent until they sent an email confirming that the item had shipped.
I ordered a snowboard and shipping was fairly priced. My issue was that the wrapping plastic that the board came with was already opened. And the tail end of the board had a little amount of wear, most probably a floor model that they re-packaged to send out.
Not a big issue as the tail of a board tends to get beat up anyways and it doesn't really affect the performance. But just a litttle let down that they didn't mention this in the description of the board, was just expecting a brand new board.
But fairly priced.

It did take a little longer for processing due to the pandemic which is fine, but the team was super helpful when I asked questions about it (I'm just impatient and they were fantastic). Sadly they couldn't find the dress I ordered, but they threw in some other goodies to replace it. Quite happy with them as I never thought I'd by a product and got introduced to something pretty nice and useful :) Shipping was super fast. Thank you Circle team!
