★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well first things first I would like to say, I am really impressed with Ultra Auto Sound, when approaching Joe for a big booming Base system for my 2017 Mustang GT premium (race car) I explain to him the issues I had from my previous installer shop, Joe pretty much put 2 amps on the table and said this is what you need, I proceeded for the work to be done and I picked it up, I was blown away from what I heard, I have a pumping loud stereo in my 2017 mustang GT convertible now and honestly I could not ask for any more. I thought I had a pumping stereo put in from my local stereo shop here in Burlington Ontario, picked up the vehicle the sounding results didn’t sound pleasing, to top it off I blew a sub within three hours, waste of money
I recommend anybody to Ultra Auto Sound

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pros:Job well done,did exactly what I asked for,I even learned a few new things I wasn't aware of before,the gentleman in the front ( guess it was the owner, never caught his name) was easy to talk to.
Cons: I'm not new to car stereos,not a professional by any means but I've had stereos in my car's since I was in my teens so I knew what equipment I had purchased to put into my vehicle,as soon as I showed the gentleman at the front what I wanted to install he tried to upsell me more expensive equipment even after I explained that what I wanted to install was not the best but it was enough for me at my age.
But being a business owner I guess I understand he had to at least try and get a few extra dollars from me (didn't work).
I got the impression that instead of trying to work with the customer that getting as much money from you as possible was the main goal.
I had other stereo shops install my equipment over the years most notably Radioactive in Burlington where if something minor was needed to finish the job they would throw it in instead of charging you,but at this place it seems that greed rule.
So after all that I would recommend this place because they do really good work, but beware they will try to suck every single dollar out of you and dismiss whatever knowledge you may have about car stereo equipment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just called them and basically told me that they were too high end for my business. Unreal. If I wasn't prepared to spend $1000 for 4 speakers then I should go to Canadian Tire and buy my speakers from them. Not to mention, I would still need to get the amp and sub over and above that. Oh and if I wanted them to install those Canadian Tire speakers, no problem, they would be happy to do that for $120 a pair. What a joke. I guess business is so good they have the option to tell you your money isn't good enough for them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a speaker replaced for my S8 and the installation was flawless. I was selective in the audio shop to use as I didn't want any interior trim panels damaged and these guys did not disappoint. The job was done in half the time I was expecting as well.
I got a sense of honesty as soon as I walked into the shop and that made me feel comfortable. Waiting for something else to break on the car now so I can use them again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed a new stereo, four speakers and amp. Joe was knowledgeable and pricing was great. Installation so was quick. When I picked up my truck from Joe he came outside and explained everything about the new stereo. I am really impressed with the service I got all the staff are awesome.I would highly recomend Ultra Auto Sound.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Joe and his team are the absolute best at what they do. They were able to fix a complete DIY mess from the previous owner and bring my car's sound system back to life. You can tell that they do quality work by looking at the types of vehicles that they work on, whether it be high-end exotics or old school classics. They were also able to install a dash cam for me on very short notice (took them less than an hour). When it comes to sound and security, I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.
