Audio Illusion

What a great find this place was! Needed a new stereo and speakers in my truck. Philomena and Arlindo were excellent help in deciding what I needed. They were very upfront in cost, and accurate in timing. Price was right and the quality of work was exceptional! Had 4 Audison speakers installed and a new Kenwood stereo. Customer service was also excellent. After the system is installed, Arlindo helped teach the ins and outs of the system, and pair my phone. If you need an audio upgrade this is the place to go.

They recently replaced the headunits for me on my 2017 Subaru Outback and I have nothing but good things to say about them and the end results. From a price standpoint they offered the best price compared to their competitors. From a final product stand point I'm extremely happy with the results, they were able to set me up with exactly what I was looking for and showed a great attention to detail. One major bonus is for Android auto currently you need to connect via usb to use the feature. When I called other shops they all stated they couldn't repatch the existing usb port in the car (second picture) and that they would need to run the cable either through AC ports or through the 12v port. Audio illusions was able to repatch the port with no issues(I told them not to bother with the aux port will never use it in that picture) and I cant be happier with how clean it is (it would have sucked to have a random cable dangling). They even went out of their way to find a better fitting part for the upgrade when the original worked but didn't fit as well. The staff there is fantastic and super knowledgeable, they were able to answer any weird questions I had and did a way better job recommending me a product to fit my needs (alot of other shops tried to up sale me when I knew what I was looking for already). They will also walk you through the system and make sure your phone is setup and everything is to your liking. They were also super accommodating to my weird schedule and stayed after their posted working hours to complete the job. The only bad thing I can say about them is there can be a bit of a wait till you can actually get your car in for the work but due to the level of detail, the size of the team, and season that is totally understandable. If you are looking for any aftermarket upgrades to your car's system I cant recommend audio illusions enough!

Amazing attention to detail as always. Had my '97 Camaro SS retrofit with a complete, modern system. The install is super clean and the sound is incredible. Service is second to none. Have been bringing cars here since the 90's and will continue to be a loyal customer.

The staff was extremely helpful and great to work with. Two yeas ago I took my 2000 BMW Z3 in for an upgrade due to a blown sub woofer and other speaker issues needing attention. Job was very well done with no scratches to the surrounding panels. The sound is very well balanced and has awesome clarity. With the roof retracted can turn up the tunes with no distortion. The system is still going strong and enjoy traveling through the smokey mountains of Tennessee with good music. Highly recommend Audio Illusion.

Had a new head unit installed on my 2003 Hummer for Android Auto / Apple Carplay and hands free calling, Arlindo was great, very informative and explained everything thoroughly! I'm very happy with how clean the install is, hidden microphone for calling and commands, all steering wheel controls programmed and work perfrectly. Arlindo also gave me options for further upgrades to my system like new speakers, backup camera, etc. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I recently contacted Audio Illusion in Oakville with questions about replacing my 2006 MB SLK factory radio to a Bluetooth and hands free system, with Apple Car Play. I was given quick and very specific options with reassurances that they had done other SLKs. Once I arrived for the install I was walked through ever step they would be taking, with an estimate of time allotted. It was done ahead of the designated time and looks amazing. A nice surprise was the sound was fantastic, as they had adjusted all the settings for a convertible. I would highly recommend them to anyone with any type of vehicle. If you are in the market for a new stereo unit, reach out to these guys. Had them replace the factory unit in my CLK350 (2006). Amazing service, obsessed with the detail, and super clean installations. They take the time to review options and having been in the business for so long, they know how to do it right. They could have taken a few short cuts but instead they spent extra time to ensure everything was perfect!

Nothing but good things to say about these folks, very friendly, great service and clean work. They hardwired my dash cam and did a perfect install us they gave me all of the information that I needed to set it up to make sure there is no drain on the car battery. I will be recommending them to anyone who needs car audio or dash cam hardwiring. A+ work!
