★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had such a great experience at UC Baby Burnaby location. We had a negative experience at Valley Medical Imagine and were feeling uneasy about things. We got the Sneak Peak ultrasound and the tech was so thorough and explained everything. She made sure we heard the heartbeat and we left so happy!!! Thank you so much!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to the Surrey UC Baby location. It was quick and easy to capture the sound of my baby's heartbeat. The bear is adorable and I know I'll be hugging it and listening to his little heart until he's officially here with me! Thank you for the beautiful keepsake. ♥️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a wonderful experience. We booked a 15 minute appointment. Our baby was not cooperating at all in giving us a decent picture. The technician spent 45 minutes on us. She was very patient. We had a memorable visit!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a good experience! Even though my baby had his feet covering his face, she tried so hard to find a good angle so we have a good picture of him!! And we did it! And the livestream is amazing! My family and friends got to watch too! Love it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ultrasound tech takes her time. She tries to make the best out of the appointment even when baby is trying hide their face. She will guide you to do different things to try to help baby move. We went two times. Both appointments we had were 5/5 experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our experience with UC Baby in Surrey was great! We did the Sneak Peak (12-16 week) 2D scan and it was just what we were looking for. The ultrasound technician was informative and gentle. We were able to get some great photos of our little bean emailed directly to us! Will definitely come back when we are further along. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a wonderful experience to view our first baby at this location. Super patient and kind technician. Our baby wasn’t really willing to show its face, technician encouraged us to try different ways to encourage its turning. Very fun to see baby movements such as kicking, yawning, and even frowning. Babies at this stage definitely already have their own mind and personality! I went when I was 29 weeks. Lots of photos and video to take home. It’s worth it! Do make sure you are hydrated before you go so that you can bring home clearer photos, and pick an appointment time when baby is more active rather than sleepy?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to the Surrey location during my pregnancy in spring of 2021 and had a wonderful experience. My baby was always covering his face which made it difficult to see his features or to try to get some good pictures. The lady working did whatever she could to help us have a good experience, she was very supportive and gave us lots of tips on how to get him moving around. We ended up getting to see him and getting good photos, I appreciate how helpful she was. Going there to see my baby and having a caring staff member like that made the experience even more memorable for me. I definitely will be going back if I have other pregnancies.
