Katrina’s energy is so calm and grounding. I have seen her for both reiki and reflexology and got way more out of those sessions than I imagined I would. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

Words can not describe or sum up the absolutely incredible experience we had with Katrina at Cedar Sisters. Katrina is a beautiful & grounded soul, and was the most supportive doula. She has an innate ability to give exactly what you need, before you even knew you needed it. I received both Reiki and reflexology from her as well and it was such a healing and relaxing experience. Can't recommend her enough and would have her be present with us for baby #2 in a heartbeat.

Katrina was the soft and gentle spirit I needed when giving birth. She was there supporting us through pregnant and then was part of our strong team during 33 hours of active labor! I would highly suggest Katrina to help support you through your journey ❤️

Katrina is and always will be a beautiful part of my birth story. She performed an incredible service to me and my little family by being a deeply intuitive, responsive, and strong guide for our birthing journey. When I say strong, I mean both physically and mentally. When my mom needed a break from holding me as I clutched her with everything I had, Katrina and her little frame jumped in without hesitation and held me with a power I didn’t know she could muster. But that’s Katrina. She holds in her spirit the strength that only a woman attuned to the sanctity of labour can have. After 14 hours of labour, while having the push urge from 6 cm dilation (if you know, you know), I have one sensory memory that still hasn’t faded, five months later. She made the best cup of tea I have ever had, guided it to my lips, and I had the most delicious sip on earth. As I drank, the fatigue of labour faded, replaced by a rejuvenation that allowed me to finally open my eyes (I had them closed for most of the labour), and I was able to take in the world again. As for my mother and husband? Well, they couldn’t stop talking about her for days afterwards. Many of the praise and compliments included that they couldn’t have imagined the birth without her presence. She is an advocate, a friend, a guide, a mother, a mentor, and an indomitable (yet placid) spirit. She is the perfect person to have by your side for birth. Sincerely, Marianna PS. Having a reflexology session with Katrina was the only thing that kept me able to walk some days. Her ability to sense where the pain lies and gently coax it away is a blessing to heavily pregnant women, trust me. I still dream about those sessions.

Katrina's grounded nature offered me a feeling of instant security. Holding space is clearly something she has mastered. Katrina's open heart and mind offered me great healing, and the ability to move through stagnant energy I was struggling to release. As a doula and Reiki Practitioner it's really important to me to work through my own stuff and have a practice of integrating and releasing. I have known Katrina for many years and am often called to her when navigating a tricky time or to shed some heaviness. Through her intuitive wisdom, Katrina holds the most tender of spaces, lovingly challenges my thought patterns, and holds the mirror up so I may see my own power. I have full trust in the process when with Katrina and it's always an uplifting, heart opening experience.

I have never really believed in Reiki or any other sort of "spiritual healing" because to me it wasn't tangible, if I couldn't see it then I couldn't explain it and if I couldn't make sense of it then it must not be real .....BUT I can now say that I am a believer 100%! Katrina has been able to help release feelings/energy that I have been carrying around with me without me even knowing I was feeling in such a negative way. After I have had my sessions Reiki/Reflexology with Katrina, I walk away with a sense of feeling more centered and more at peace internally, more in-tuned with myself. My 18 year old daughter has been struggling so I made an appointment for her to also see Katrina, speaking with my daughter afterwards and listening to her experience during her session brought me so much joy! My daughter was able was to walk away from her session feeling lighter and more positive. I have strongly recommended Katrina's services to my close friends and family and I truly love hearing about their positive experiences after their sessions! Katrina is the real deal and is really blessed with her craft!

Katrina has crafted a beautiful and grounding ritual for birth workers to process the hard experiences inherent to our work. She is calm, gentle, and provides a healing space for all the emotional work doulas do. I loved that she includes objects from nature in her ritual, which are so grounding. She guides you through processing the event with gentle questions, and helps you see the light in even the most tragic losses. Having the space to safely and fully release the emotions from hard experiences is necessary for sustainable birth work, and I’m so glad that Katrina is able to provide this care. Thank you Katrina ❤️
