Our integrity is important to us and as an affiliate of the Canadian Association of Pregnancy Support Services (CAPSS), we sign on to their Best Practices.
We want women to be able to make informed choices and so discuss all pregnancy options – adoption, parenting, and abortion – in a caring, respectful environment. In doing this, we make use of the CAPSS produced client options brochure, "Abortion Adoption Parenting", which has been reviewed by 45 specialized practitioners in Canada, including perinatal nurses, family physicians, obstetricians/gynecologists, medical ethicists, psychologists and social workers.
Pregnancy Concerns offers non-judgmental peer counselling and support, and is a safe, confidential place for women and their partners experiencing an unplanned pregnancy to explore their options.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I first found out I was pregnant I was devastated and didn't know what to do so I decided to go to Pregnancy Concerns. Joy was really supportive of my situation and had helped me greatly throughout my pregnancy by giving me the appropriate information and resources, as well as just having someone to talk to. Nearly a year later, I now have a beautiful baby girl and cannot thank this place enough!! If you are struggling with coming to terms with your pregnancy, I highly recommend you come here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pregnancy Concerns is a place that provides a valuable community service in Coquitlam for women dealing with an unplanned pregnancy. They offer many other important services such as post abortion counseling and unbiased scientific and medical information. The staff that I met there were very approachable and caring. I have learned so much and I am very happy to have visited their location for information. Their source materials are solid and scientifically referenced. I am a more informed person because of their invaluable service. Once you entered the building, their office is half-way down an L shaped corridor and to the left. Don't hesitate, find the support you need, the help you want and most of all surround yourself in a positive caring environment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This non-profit organization provides very valuable services to the community. They provide careful and caring information and support to people dealing with unplanned pregnancies. They also provide help and support to those dealing with post abortion issues. I know people who have greatly benefited from their services. The staff is caring and very well informed. They are very approachable and the services are free of charge, including free pregnancy testing. I don't know why somebody said they provide false information because I know the information they provide is based on scientific and sound medical advice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pregnancy concerns is a non-profit organization providing women who find themselves with an unplanned/unwanted pregnancy with information regarding their options. All the options are presented and discussed. This is a Christian organization ran by people who genuinely care for both the mothers and their unborn children. Their services are free. They offer pregnancy tests and counseling. They will walk alongside a woman as closely as she desires, and for as long as she needs them. Pregnancy concerns also provides material support to parents in need in the form of clothing, diapers, formula, toys, etc. Dedicated people who truly care and make a real difference in our community.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just before my daughter came over a year and a half ago, I was in a very vulnerable and scary position. 8 months 4 weeks along, single parenting and I had no home, no baby things and little hope. When I went in, I had the staff come beside me in such a kind and generous way. I was and still am overwhelmed by Gods love through these woman, all the staff and the work they do. I wouldn’t be where I am today, if it weren’t for these woman. If you are unsure, trust that these woman will guide you in the right direction in the most gentle and loving manner. Within one week I had everything and more that I needed for my newborn. To say they Blessed us is an understatement. They helped to save our lives. I’m forever grateful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coquitlam does not have a single abortion clinic. This is not one. Deceitful Christian pro-life "clinic" that does not present itself as such. Their website even has a section on "Abortion" under options, but exists solely to talk people out of abortions. Extremely misleading and harmful to our community. This same group gives "pro-life" speeches to students in Coquitlam schools as well.
