My technician, Niki, was not only kind and caring but also extremely knowledgeable and professional so I knew I was in good hands - especially because I deal with claustrophobia. I highly recommend the U3T MRI Centre!

Our son was extremely nervous about his MRI procedure but she turned an unknown situation into a positive experience! We couldn't have asked for anything more and were very fortunate to have her. This facility is top notch!

Staff was super friendly and made you feel welcome upon arrival. It’s located in an easy location and directions to the Center is detailed perfectly in your email prior to going. Clinic is extremely clean and I recommend also the Classic Rock to be playing while getting your MRI. ????

She was very knowledgeable in her field of work. Having the personality to deal with patients in health care is definitely a positive in my opinion. Tech was very pleasant as well to talk to. I’m giving a special mention of Nicki, the lead Technologist, as she has always been especially resourceful; saving me considerable time out of my work day by going the extra mile for both me and my clients. It’s clear that Nicki is thorough with patient history, considerate of others and very passionate about her work.

The staff were candid and made themselves available to answer a number of my questions. They went to great lengths to accommodate patients and attain high-quality images. I'm no expert, but seeing the exemplary care they provide and they're emphasis on quality imaging, makes this career path seem more exciting and further supports their gold standard reviews in the Lethbridge community.
