★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are almost under staffed and this means that they are typically really slow on preparing the food. If you go here between classes, you can expect to be late for your next class. They have never messed up on my orders, but they have messed up on some of my friend's orders. They food is exactly as you would expect from any other locations. During the winter it seems like they are always out of white hot chocolate. There is one older gentleman that works at the timmies here and I have never seen him wash his hands after he uses the washroom when he is in there at the same time as me. Gratefully, he has never prepared my stuff. Kinda gross still.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite possibly the worst Tim Hortons I've ever been to. I've been at ULeth for almost 2 years now, and more often than not I have to wait over 20 minutes to receive my food. They do not keep track of orders, they hand the orders out to the wrong people. Extremely disorganized. They should take careful note of the big Timmies at SAIT which actually has a purchase ticketing verification system. Extremely poor, really can't believe how they can be this bad.
Edit: I'm writing this update today because they actually completely missed my order. This has happened several times in the past and is completely unacceptable from a location that is so popular. It's pretty obvious that the system that they use to track orders DOES NOT WORK.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Tim Horton had a renovation over the summer and looks more modern with newer counter tops. However due to the influx of students lining up between classes the line is long and it takes a while before you can get your order. It takes me around 3-15min depending if I'm there durring a rush.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have gone here before and the food wasnt great, however today i decided to give a second chance. The staff could barely understand what i was ordering and I couldnt really understand them either, they did not know how to make a pumpkin spice latte as I could see them asking each other (as a result the latte did not taste right) and finally after 20min waiting for a chicken wrap and soup it turns out they were extremely cold (noy surprisng as It took so long) and pretty much the only thing in the wrap was mayo. Awful service awful food!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited 5 min just to get served...then another 5 to recieve the order...and then...i get half of a white bun cut in half..ordered a brown bun with my chilli ..ordereda roast beef craveable without cheese...had cheese....like ...cmon..spent more time on drive throughs than a sitting customer...big fail today ....sorry...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some staff are great and quick but most of the time you're waiting 20 or more minutes during the day to get food and drink. Drinks only its usually a 5 minute wait but its the busiest restaurant on campus they need to train their staff to be more efficient with their time. Most of the time the food and drink are good enough quality, have been given the wrong order on several occasions however. Best time to go is right when they open or just before close as long as you don't need a huge baked good selection!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful. I've been to this Tims twice this year and they made errors both times.
First time, I ordered a sandwich with no tomato and got charged with extra tomatoes. Second time, I ordered a sandwich and a donut, walked away and realized they gave me the completely wrong donut.
They're so focused on getting orders through as fast as possible that they put no emphasis on attention to detail and/or service. Wait times are super slow and they keep no track of orders so you will get the occasional time where someone accidentally takes your food as well. Super super unorganized
