★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered two drinks, got one and the wrong one. Ordered two salads and extra dressing and didn't even get enough dressing for both. You need to have someone who listens properly when taking orders. This is getting rediculous. And yes, I said something and it still was wrong. So disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wendy’s on Scenic drive & 4th ave south in Lethbridge. A small chicken sandwich & a baconater & small pop. $18.89. I was shocked it’s been a while since we ate there 2-3 years. I hate to say it but it will be the last. Why is two burgers & small pop so damned expensive. How do young families cope with these outrageous prices. My daughter advised her , husband & 2 little kids stopped going to fast food outlets cause it’s an easy $50 to drive thru. Assinine!

I wish I could give them less than a one star.
1.Need to Be consistent with its closing hours.duh!
2. Has NOT validated legitimate coupons
3.Never will answer the phone so you can verify if they’re in business at the time or not.
4.Cold and rude employees
If you love ❤️Wendy’s as I do, go to the S.Mayor McGrath Dr.. They’re a real? business

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the sheer amount of times id ask for no mayo on my burger and would get mayo is absolutely astounding, its as if not a single person here cares, constantly messing up orders, shoving the food at you and closing the window in the drive through without even saying "have a good day" or any sort of respect or friendliness is absolutely disgusting. they close at random times, sometimes driving by at as early as 8pm and seeing all lights are off their closed, sometimes open till 9 or 10, very inconsistent, even if you like myself live on the west side, take the extra 5 or 10 minutes if you really want wendys and go to the one on mayor magrath and take scenic drive home, the people who run and work at that one seem to have some care for their customers.
