★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a really great experience here. They were prompt, polite, and the whole experience was almost like going to a spa or vacation. When I have called for a few follow up issues they are on top of everything. I wish our public MRI system could work more like this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I suffer terribly from claustrophobia and this facility was extremely kind, patient and caring for the MRI I had to have. They explained everything clearly to me. Even tolerated the couple of mini-panics I had being placed into the machine. The facility is spotlessly clean and the changing facilities were hotel style. There is no reason why the Government health system couldn't be run like this. Would happily use again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this review is actually sent by my wife who had a MRI done at Image One. "The staff were kind, caring, professional and well organized. The first time I was booked for the MRI I was not able to deal with the pain associated with the knee injury and so the technician suggested putting it off for a few days. There was no charge for the time used up and the appointment was rescheduled. The second time the technicians made every attempt to accommodate my needs for the MRI. It was successful. I want to send my thanks to the staff starting with Cara at the front desk, Karla and Terri who are MRI technicians. You definitely made the MRI experience very easy for me. " Thank you. Margaret-Ann
