My wife had a great experience at Radiology Associates for her recent prenatal ultrasound. The technologist was super friendly and pointed out all of the baby’s body parts at the end of the exam. They did some 3D ultrasound as part of the exam as well! Afterward, we got a free picture and also a gender reveal card. Top notch service!

We went in for an ultrasound and every one was very friendly. Definitely recommend going here if you want a pleasant experience.

When I visited this place in past years the overall experience was over the top. Since the life of Covid 19 has appeared I took a fall and ruptured my back. No matter what I do I am struggling to control the pain. The first part was getting an MRI. My doctor responded honestly and said it would be over 11months to get an MRI, but I could get it at a private clinic in Lethbridge in less than a week. I might be wrong but I think the people running the private MRI clinic are the same people that own the private Clinic. Then I was told my best choice was to get a cortisone shot to control the pain while my body heals and repairs itself hopefully. The quickest I could get this Shot was 2 to 3 months. I knew I could not take this pain for that long so I researched other options and found Calgary could take me in less than 1/4 of the time. The person doing referrals was sick that day at my clinic so I talked with my doctor and he said I should go to Radiology associates and get the referral I sent to them and it would be waiting at the desk. When I went there hours later the lady at the pain referral desk was rude and mean. I am sure she was the same person that I dealt with on the phone that told me it was 2 to 3 months to get a procedure and there is no cancellation list, that took me last than a week in the past. If you don’t care about how people are going to react when they are in severe pain you better watch out because I just walked away. There are people in much more pain than me that would have taken this into their own hands and who would know how serious that could become. I went back to my doctors office and thankfully I got a copy of my referral and everyone was so helpful and respectful. Thank you Jason Kenny for giving me this experience!

2021, they forgot about me and I was 45 minutes late leaving and late for work. Today again I was forgotten and waited half an hour for my appointment after complaining. They apologized for the miscommunication. This happened twice!

They do not care about someone's pain and suffering. They only want your money - and lots of it! IE: $2500 for laser surgery! And no payment plans or plans to get this! So they only cater to the rich... Whatever happened to our health care system??? It's been reduced to an authoritarian cash cow regime pushing profitable but harmful harmaceuticals and untested 'vaccines'!!! :(((

I've had some good experiences here but being un able to walk and get around due to the long wait times for injections is ridiculous. It's bad enough it's YEARS to get it for an MRI but when they know what's wrong and just decided to push it off is messed up. Our health care system is a complete joke. Looking at blowing a ton of money to go to the states for proper care. Thanks anyways.

My wife and I have had to come here many times in the past for medical purposes, and have always had pleasant experiences. However, none compare to the great experiences of the visits for ultrasounds for our children. Most recently, we had Andrea as a technician. The patience and care she has is extremely helpful and comforting. Her sharing of information and knowledge when we ask questions was the best we have had. Not only was she clearly knowledgeable and great at her job, she was also open, friendly and willing to hold a conversation, which I think is important when doing these sorts of things. Thank you

We have always had great experiences at Radiology Associates for our ultrasounds. The staff is friendly, and professional. They always make you feel welcome and at ease. At our last ultrasound, they even gave us this adorable scratch card for finding out the gender of our baby. It was so fun to be able to bring it home and experience the gender reveal with our older children, and find out as a family.
