1-Nice clean building
2-beautiful views
3- close to UBC (if that is what you are looking)
Cons:
1- awful building management and strata manage
2-unsecure building you will face theft/vandalism all aroung
3-complaining neighbours- most of the residents are student so they will complain you walking in your apartment even at 7:00 pm if they have an exam next day so becareful if you are with kids you dont want to live here.
More on the Cons, the Strata Manager is awful. she is extremely hard to get hold of, you keep phoning and she wont pick up. you send an email and she refuse to your request. when moving out i requested to schedule move and ask for elevator keys and she said she cant schedule the move its 1st come 1st serve. when i ask ok if thats the case then when can i come pick the elevator keys and she said she can not give me the elevator keys.
Secondly when my $600 worth of bike trailer was stolen from the parkade and RCMP ask for security camera photage the Strata manager asked me to pay $40 if i need the photage. it doesnt say anywhere in the bylaws so the camera is there to secure the building not the residents living in there,
