It arrived in destination on time and they called and informed. The staff at loading location even gave us safety illuminating jackets for our safety. Everything arrived safely, with great customer service and no pricing games. International moves can be challenging but thankfully U-pack added zero stress.

Our move was sudden and quick, also during the last weeks of December when most people are on leave and the holiday season is on full swing. We had very limited options and mostly very expensive ones. U- pack gave us affordable rates and the whole experience was really smooth. Our stuff arrived perfectly and nothing was broken. Very happy with their service.

Was warned that I was responsible for packing, so took extra care in tying things down and it all arrived without damage. Moving to Canada, they also included a 2 week quarantine during Covid in the price. I had used a moving/packing service in the past and had a very bad experience. But this with Upack was great!

A lot of stuff fits in a relocube, the delivery and pick up of the relocube was on time, the customer support was always responsive. All our stuff reached the destination in good shape. Will definitely be using Upack again.
