The owner bent over backwards for me as it was very short notice and after closing time. They waited for me, helped me hook up and made sure I had everything I needed. The equipment was in excellent shape, and the price was fair. I've used this location a few other times in the past and have nothing but positive experience. Thanks again Tj and staff.

Waitin for a boost right now at my expense but don’t worry they will be getting the bill for the boost and I will be going after my bill for the boost and a refund on the truck rental cost! If you are going to run a business, deal with customers.. have some one at the business to deal with problems if they occur! Not be at your cottage or in your in your tub! Do not deal with these crooks!

Reservation was changed 24hrs prior to moving day with a smaller truck AND trailer as opposed to the 15’ truck originally reserved. We also had to go to Fenelon Falls to pick it up. Uhaul head office had also mentioned they had many complaints about this dealer when I talked with them. Another reviewer mentioned incompetence and I couldn’t agree more. I thought I was dealing with somebody who either didn’t want the job or was very ill-suited for the position. He even told me he was the only place in town and seemed proud that people had to put up with his dim wit and abrasive attitude. Note: Uhaul head office staff were very helpful afterwards.

I was greeted by TJ, the manager with quick resolution. They were friendly, flawless and I was hooked up within 30 minutes! 5 STARS!!!

Drove well under 20km, expected charges around $60 at most even though it should have been closer to $50. They charged OVER $100! Their justification was $10 in gas costs over $50 Never again am I renting from here. These people are scammers and thieves.
