β β β β β Reserved a truck for 24/7 pickup, showed up at 8AM the next day to pick it up and they FORGOT to prep the truck and didn't leave the key. Waited for customer service for 40 mins to have them tell me "Oh sorry, we can set you up at a different location in a few hours when places open. I needed the truck at 8, not 11.

β β β β β Talk about going the extra mile! After a long one-way move, the people at this U-haul dealership were fantastic! They were super helpful and when some complications emerged, they were able to look after all our concerns. Moving can be stressful and having a dealer who puts the customer first is so much appreciated. Great experience here on the Ottawa end!
