Got my pants repaired (had a large rip near the crotch area). Very professional repair job. I am very impressed with the quality seamstress work. Also got my pants dry cleaned. Standard dry cleaning, nothing to rave about there. Very friendly people.

First time using this cleaner so I made sure to check the reviews online to make sure they were good. Shocked at the good review. Walked into the cleaner and it smelled like cigarettes. Dropped off business attire for someone else that were expensive and good quality items. Explained the importance of the items as they were needed for an interview that was short notice and I wanted to make sure there was the utmost care for them - since they weren't my own items. The woman assured me that they would be cleaned without a problem and she cleaned everything herself. When I went to go pick up the items one had completely changed colour, as if it had been bleached with white streaking all over it. Went to go speak to the manager and they said it was because the brand was cheap, the brands were different so the colours were different and that it should have been hand pressed and not machine pressed. They also said that they could have dye tested the item but don't because they see so many items in a day. I was infuriated! I told them that if there was a possibility for damage then they should have done the testing and should just accept less items if they aren't able to do it. As a customer you care about your products and service, and the load that the store has to deal with shouldn't poorly affect the cleaning of your items. At this point all I wanted was my money back and so I spoke to the owner who gave me another slew of different reasons why the article was damaged - even telling me that there isn't such a thing as dye testing and the other employee didn't know what she was talking about. After lots of back and forth I got my money back and will never go back to this cleaner - I also advise anyone that had items you'd like to protect to do the same as me.

Brought in a jacket with a couple of stains to be dry cleaned and they did a very good job.

I brought my formal clothing in for cleaning. The employees performed the service and I was told when I could collect them. The experience was very professional and to the point. I would recommend this business to others and will be using it's services again. Thank you for your hard work.

Let me tell you all how this is the most phenomenal place ever, I dropped off clothes on Wednesday with a short turn around time. They were supper accommodating, I came late on Friday to pick it up passed the closing time and the owner came back and opened it for me in order to give me my dad's clothes, he was kind, caring, didn't make me feel bad, made sure everything was okay and i was okay. I will be moving all of my business here, for dry cleaning cause this is an amazing local business that needs to be supported Thank you for saving me
