Ive rented a trailer from here about 4 times over the last 3 years, always been happy with it. Not sure why some of these other reviews feel the need to be critical of the ones guys MMA career.

I called him to verify my reservation. He agreed it was there and told me to come a half hour later than my reservation. When I began to ask him why he yelled at me told me I was growling at him and he was cancelling my reservation and then he hung up on me.

J	Jim Hu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to rent a 10 footer U-haul van and the guy upsold me to a 15 footer, but misquoted the mileage cost by .50 per km, which added a fair bit more to my bill. Got the U-haul home and discovered it had a flat tire, had to wait 5 hours in order to get it fixed. The only upside was that they did extend my time to drop off by 5 hours, but it threw off the whole days schedule. When I called the following day to ask about the mileage charge, I was curtly told that no one would have given me a wrong per km charge as it was always .79 per km.

However, the young man behind the desk when I came to pick up the trailer had the customer service skills of a badger. Trailer was all iced up from the previous rental. Spent alot of time getting the ramps out as well as the tie-downs off and working.

N	Namanjot Singh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is a joke. Save your time and money, go to another U haul location in Red Deer. I have rented from here twice, guys here never want to answer a question and are just annoyed to see anyone inside. It's just a headache to deal with the people inside.
C	Crystal Curlew on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walked into the riverside location and immediately were “welcomed” by very unwelcoming staff, had an attitude like it was a huge inconvenience that we walked in there. The one man complained about our parking and asked us to move to a parking spot that had become available once we were already inside, which was a parking spot our truck wouldn’t even fit in. Save your time and go to the gasoline alley location, he apologized for the other vendor as they’re independent companies and was more than happy to set us up with what we needed!
