★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a uhaul with this location weeks in advance of my move, confirmed the morning before that they did indeed have the correct sized vehicle for me, only for them to call and cancel on me 4 hours later. No vehicle replacement. No help. Unreliable and upsetting.

And yes, i bought insurance and safe move just to be on the safe side. By chance, I locked my keys inside. I called U-Haul, they kept me waiting for 3 hours, and charge me over 100. They told me insurance covers everything but not the keys. Biggest thieves!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I only had good experiences with this location. I've rented a van and a truck there and never had a problem with it. Actually, those were the best vehicles I've ever rented from U-Haul. The customer service was good and very helpful.

People are always waiting for vehicles that are not in the lot, and there have been numerous traffic infractions and damages caused by the drivers who cant handle the trucks they rent. Street signs, curbs, and other cars are have been taken down by customers who are not capable of safely driving trucks out of the tight entrance and exit of the Gerrard st e location. Staff is non existent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service. Quite a joke actually. I booked a 20’ because it said AVAILABLE. Two days before my move I get a call saying that there is only 15’ available and I have to return the truck back to Gerrard st (east Toronto) when I requested originally to drop off near my house in Mississauga. Then I get charged extra for gas because I had to make multiple trips. Thanks for the “service”, never again uhaul. Very, very unreliable company.

They are the worst, terrible people. Irresponsible and rude. Tries to not take responsibility, makes you wait unnecessarily. Overall worst experience out of Uhaul rentals. Please be aware they also share same office at another location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good customer service. The lady took the time to go over the best options for me. Asked why I made the choice that I made and offered something that made more sense for my reasons. Prices aren't high and the trucks are in good condition. I definitely recommend this place if you need to rent moving truck or a u-haul.
