Service Client -10! Clairement ils ont une quote sur l’assurance. Même si tu dis que tu veux pas l’assurance il te dit que t’es obligé. Même si tu dis que tu as appelé chez U-Haul au numéro 1-800 et qu’ils t’ont dit qu’ils avaient pas le droit, le gars s’obstine. Mon Copain s’est fait dire quand il a appelé au centre dépositaire « essaie même pas d’arriver avec une réservation en ligne, on la prendra pas ». J’ai fait la réservation par téléphone avec la compagnie directement et le centre dépositaire a modifié la facture avant que j’arrive. On a quand même l’autre copie. De plus toute cette belle histoire a été enregistrée!!!! Donc nous ferons une plainte, en fait on a déjà appelé au bureau chef de U Haul! En plus il respecte les règles de COVID qui leurs conviennent! Ils ne porte même pas le Masque même si son collègue est à moins de 2 mètres, ils les respectent juste pour te mettre dehors !
Customer Service -10! Clearly they have a quote on the insurance. Even if you say you don't want the insurance he tells you you have to. Even though you say you called U-Haul's 1-800 number and they told you they weren't allowed, the guy persists. My Boyfriend was told when he called the depository "don't even try to come in with an online reservation, we won't take it". I made the reservation over the phone with the company directly and the custody center amended the invoice before I arrived. We still have the other copy. Moreover all this beautiful story has been recorded !!!! So we will make a complaint, in fact we have already called the head office of U Haul! In addition, it respects the COVID rules that suit them! They don't even wear the Mask even if his colleague is less than 2 meters away, they respect them just to kick you out!

Le staff est des plus arrogant et irrespectueux que j’ai jamais vu. Durant temps de covid je comprend qu’il a des règles à respecter, une seule personne à la fois dans le magasin. J’étais à la porte, tandis qu’il avait un signe à l’extérieur à respecter, que j’admets je n’avais pas vu. La manière donc je ne suis fait reprocher cela et l’arrogance du staff m’a fait vite faire un 180. J’irai donner mon argent à quelqu’un d’autre! Bonne journée ?
The staff are the most arrogant and disrespectful that I have ever seen. During covid time I understand that he has rules to follow, only one person in the store at a time. I was at the door, while he had a sign outside to heed, which I admit I hadn't seen. The manner so I am not blamed for it and the arrogance of the staff made me quickly make a 180. Très mauvais service! Ma mère c'est fait annuler sa réservation 2 jours avant son déménagement. Je ne sais pas si vous avez déjà déménagé. Mais, je vous garantis que c'est très difficile et stressant de changer tout les plans de déménagement 2 jours avant de quitter. En plus, elle a réservé 1 mois en avance.
Very bad service! My mother had her reservation canceled 2 days before her move. I don't know if you've ever moved. But, I guarantee you that it is very difficult and stressful to change all the moving plans 2 days before leaving. In addition, she booked 1 month in advance.

What a shame that you cannot put minus stars!!! Rude, useless and wouldn't know customer service if it hit him in the face! My removal van was not there. His way to help out was to hold a board with a phone number in front of my furious face and tell me that they don't deal with online bookings! Absolute disgrace to U-Haul!

I was billed for11 litres of gas which implies that their truck gets about 1 litre per Km when a truck of that size should get three times that much. I have rented a truck from Home Depot and other U Haul branches and they did not require me to take their insurance as I have coverage through my Visa and have my own liability insurance yet this branch forces you too take their insurance I was billed $25 for cleaning of the truck. I did broom the truck. I guess it wasn’t to their satisfaction. Had I been told there would have been an additional $25 charge, I would have made sure I removed the tiny amount of styrofoam I missed. I feel like I have been scammed and will not do business with this branch again. I had dealt with U Haul in St. Lazare and had no problems. I had planned on renting tools from them as the prices seemed reasonable. Not so much when all the costs are added up.
