★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I have been very happy clients of LDB, for almost 10 years now. We have bought many different STIHL products from them. Have had equipment serviced and also rented equipment. I have ALWAYS been very happy with the service. I must admit, I'm a more horse power the better kind of guy. Every-time I have bought a piece of equipment, I have never been up-sold. Its always the opposite. I want a bigger chainsaw and they pair me with one that will fit my needs nicely and save me money, by buying something smaller. I always look-forward to a great conversation and have NEVER walked out with out a smile on my face. Great service, great family, great products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sneaky with their pricing and they have terrible customer service. This is the first negative review I’ve ever made for any business. We asked how much to rent wheels for scaffolding and they said $40 per month. Turns out it’s $40 PER WHEEL per month. Our bill was ridiculously high. They were unwilling to do anything about it, saying (with a sleazy smirk) that we were aware of the price. Go elsewhere for your rentals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of those businesses that I wish I could give zero stars to. This is a very dishonest company! They have no issue stealing your money and laughing in your face afterwards. While other business are working hard trying to please their customers, this company is doing the complete opposite. I highly recommend doing a 5 minute detour and going to “centre de location St-Sauveur” on the 364. They have better prices, better service, and are at least honest with the warrantees and products they provide. Not only do the employees make mistakes on the receipts, they are not willing to own up to it and try to find a solution. To top it all off, the employee was name calling and very condescending. Overall, save your time, money, and energy and avoid this business!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We purchased a new tool from this business which had a manufacturing warranty. After a couple minutes of use, it stopped working and we therefore went back to the store to get it fixed. Unfortunately, this business refused to acknowledge the warranty. Once we showed our displeasure, the employee threatened us that it would take even longer to fix. We therefore decided to take our tool to another place to get it fixed, where we had great service. Overall, we had a terrible experience and we will never be shopping here again.
