Il faut attendre un temps fou pour obtenir du service, et ce, même s'il y a d'autres employés autour. Si vous n'êtes vraiment pas pressé, tout est parfait...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un gros zéro. J'ai loué de l'équipement et j'ai mal été informé des prix. Tout ça pour doubler au moment de payé.
Je n'étais vrmnt pas contente. J'ai parlé avec le supérieur , il n'a même pas voulu faire mi - chemin avec moi pour le tarif.
Je comprends leur situation, mais 134 $au lieux de 54+TX pcq'ils n'ont pas précisés que le papier sablé n'était pas inclus dans le tarif de location de la sableuse lorsque j'ai appelé pour m'informer avant de me deplacer.... Ces juste crissements ordinaire !

A big zero. I rented equipment and was misinformed about prices. All this to double when paid.
I was really not happy. I spoke with the superior, he did not even want to go halfway with me for the rate.
I understand their situation, but $ 134 instead of 54 + TX pc that they did not specify that the sandpaper was not included in the rental price of the sandblaster when I called to inquire before move me .... Those just ordinary screeching!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très mauvais service à la clientèle au téléphone. La dame est bête et limite effrontée. Je vais aller louer mon équipement ailleurs chez Brossard Outils. Avis au dirigeant de simplex…. Donnez des cours de services à la clientèle à vos commis au téléphone.
Very poor customer service over the phone. The lady is stupid and borderline cheeky. I'm going to rent my equipment elsewhere at Brossard Tools. Notice to the director of simplex…. Teach your clerks over the phone in customer service.
