J'étais en urgence de faire un appel et j'avais donc besoin d'une carte prépayée. L'employé complètement incompétent a du appeler son patron pour savoir comment faire et m'a même demander d'examiner la carte SIM de mon téléphone. What?!%?! En plus de 15 ans d'utilisation de cartes prépayées avec un NIP de réapprovisionnement, jamais on ne m'a demandé de voir ma carte SIM ! La couleur de mes bobettes tant qu'à faire? J'ai demandé qu'on me rembourse puisque pas moyen d'avoir de services et c'est là qu'il m'a crié dessus. Inacceptable. Ça mérite un congédiement. Très déçue. La maison mère sera mise au courant. Je suis donc allé au Jean Coutu et personne n'a demandé à examiner mon téléphone. Tiens donc !
Execrable service. The young employee yelled at me "DISCOVER!!"
I was in an emergency to make a call and therefore needed a prepaid card. The completely incompetent employee had to call his boss to find out how to do it and even asked me to examine the SIM card in my phone. What?!%?! In over 15 years of using prepaid cards with a top-up PIN, I have never been asked to see my SIM card! The color of my underpants as long as you go? I asked to be reimbursed since there was no way to get services and that's when he yelled at me. Unacceptable. It deserves a dismissal. Very disapointed. The parent company will be informed. So I went to Jean Coutu and no one asked to look at my phone. Here then !
