★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service qui laisse à désirer. Les employés n'étaient pas professionnels et le commis qui m'a servit (2 fois) interrompait notre conversation pour blaguer avec son collègue. Il a débarré mon cellulaire mais j'ai du le refaire faire de la bonne façon chez un autre et payer une seconde fois.
Service that leaves something to be desired. The employees were not professional and the clerk who served me (2 times) interrupted our conversation to joke with his colleague. He unlocked my cell, but I had to do it the right way at someone else's house and pay a second time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très mauvais service. J'ai acheté un chargeur pour mon cellulaire à 50$ juste avant de partir en voyage. Je me suis assuré auprès de l'employė avant de l'acheter qu'on me rembourserait si je trouvais mon autre chargeur et on m'a répondu "pas de problème". Je n'ai même pas eu le temps d'ouvrir la boîte et J'ai retrouvé mon autre chargeur. Ils ont refusé de me rembourser me disant que sur le bas de la facture il est écrit "pas de remboursement".
Very bad service. I bought a charger for my cell phone for $ 50 just before going on my trip. I made sure with the employeeė before buying it that I would be reimbursed if I found my other charger and I was told "no problem". I didn't even have time to open the box and found my other charger. They refused to reimburse me, telling me that on the bottom of the invoice it says "no refund".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ils ne réparent pas les téléphones, ils font de la sous-traitance avec Artist Phone dont le kiosque est dans le même centre d'achats. L'avoir su, je n'aurais pas fait affaire avec eux.
They don't repair phones, they subcontract with Artist Phone whose kiosk is in the same shopping center. Having known it, I would not have done business with them.
