★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La personne au comptoir est brusque dans ses réponses. Autant par téléphone qu en personne. Le camion est propre. Très difficile de savoir quelle sorte d essence utiliser après usage.
 The person at the counter is abrupt in his answers. Both by phone and in person. The truck is clean. Very difficult to know what kind of gasoline to use after use.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai appelé pour faire une réservation et la dame était arrogante et ne semblait pas intéressé ou même déranger du fait que je l'appelle. Au finale, j'ai tenté quand même de faire une réservation et elle n'a jamais voulu me réserver un camion, elle m'a demandé de rappeler seulement 3 jours avant la date que j'avais besoin du camion et que peut-être il serait disponible. Bref, je ne recommande pas cette compagnie.
I called to make a reservation and the lady was arrogant and didn't seem interested or even bothering that I was calling her. In the end, I still tried to make a reservation and she never wanted to reserve a truck for me, she asked me to call back only 3 days before the date that I needed the truck and that maybe he would be available. In short, I do not recommend this company.

Attendants hardly speak or understand French, but otherwise the truck was clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tu prend une location en ligne rendu là elle me dit qu'elle a pas la remorque .... Ça pas de sens disponible en ligne mais pas la. Il a un manquement quelque part.
You take a rental online, there she tells me that she doesn't have the trailer .... It doesn't make sense available online but not there. There is a flaw somewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service completement pourrit. La dame au contoir a essayé de me charger plus cher que la facture. Le camion n'était pas déneigé. Un essuie glace brisé. Aucun moyen d'avoir de l'aide. Ils méritent amplement leur mauvaises reviews.
Service completely rotten. The lady at the counter tried to charge me more than the bill. The truck was not cleared of snow. A broken windshield wiper. No way to get help. They fully deserve their bad reviews.
