★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Office opens at 8am rather than 730am mentioned in website. Staff seems to be rude and unapologetic why they came late. Also after waiting for 45 minutes they didn't have a car. Need to wait for another 1 hour !!
Better avoid this rental office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I go to this location often due to my work. Service is always optimal. I'm well greeted and taken care of.
They've upgraded my vehicle on some occasions without adding to the price, they inspect the car for any defects before the rent so they don't blame you if something was there before.
The cars are cleaned, and heated in the morning before you come in. Super nice people that take very good care of their customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I should stress that this review is for this particular location, not the company in general. The guy at this location was super rude and rented us what he said was the only car in the lot which was a 2021 Chevrolet Spark that was AQUAMARINE. How embarassing, plus I could barely fit us and the luggage inside for our 500+ kilometre drive from Montreal to Brampton....total gong show.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incompetence at the deepest level I have ever witnessed. Incredibly useless staff operating with a serious lack of brain cells. I have never in my life witnessed so many mix ups in an attempt at renting anything. Seriously horrified.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hello everyone. I booked a vehicle, then went to the location 20 minutes early. There was no one inside and a sign that someone is going to be back in 30 minutes. It was 2 degrees outside with light snow and I walked there. My appointment was for 5 pm. I called the number provided at 5.05 and it went straight to voice mail. Then at 5.11 two persons showed up and one explained that he called me on my primary number and left a message, that there are no vehicles available. The voice mail on my cell is deactivated. Plus, you make the reservation with your email, not your number. They could have sent an email, not to mention that they had my cell number as well. So, I left close family hanging and waiting for me to go see them, after they made preparations for two days. I booked at 12.30. If I knew they can not accommodate, I could have picked other options. At 5.30 in the evening it was too late. Thank you Enterprise, for honouring me as a nice customer with you for 17 years. You are the best!
