Personne ne réponds a nos appels téléphoniques, Personne n a pris la peine de nous contacter pour expliquer le pourquoi des choses. je me rend au magasin, ils disent qu' ils ne sont pas responsable, j appelle le service client U-Haul, le dame qui me dis - Moi je suis qu' une simple employée je vais prendre votre réclamation.
Sans oublier que le déménagement était prévu pour le 1 Juillet donc impossible de trouver ou louer car tout est déjà pris. Bref un manque de professionnalisme et surtout d humanité, laisser toute une famille avec leur affaires livre a eux même. Merci U-Haul.
Worst service, on moving day no one is on site
Nobody answers our phone calls, Nobody bothered to contact us to explain the why of things. I go to the store, they say they are not responsible, I call U-Haul customer service, the lady who tells me - I'm just an employee, I'll take your complaint.
Not to mention that the move was scheduled for July 1 so impossible to find or rent because everything is already taken. In short, a lack of professionalism and above all of humanity, leaving a whole family with their business to themselves. Thanks U-Haul.

I had to go at boisbrillant location. they had a 26feet long truck. i ask the customer support if i needed a class 3 driver licence. they said no. THAT FALSE. they cost me more than 100$ in fee and gaz.im at me second attemps to get my money back( to case open) . they open a case and never call back. AVOID them if you don't want get surprise!
