★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As storage places go this is an excellent facility. It is clean and very well maintained. The people who work here are friendly and knowledgeable and go out of their way to be helpful. I have dealt with them for several years now and can say that I haven't had a single negative experience whether it be the rental of my locker or renting a van or truck.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have rented from Uhaul several times. They have a very polished, and rapid process of helping previous customers.
When the cargo van I wanted was not the interior size I had expected, the manager gave me a free upgrade to a much bigger and better box truck. And she was very nice about it.
However, the sign on the van, for $19 + a day, is totally misleading. You can only have it for $19 + if you don’t take it off the lot. There are charges for everything.
You don’t get to be a mega company by being gentle on your customers’ wallets…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local staff in Sidney BC was very helpful. The truck we rented was new and drove beautifully. Charges were as stated.
Only issue was getting through on the central phone number for UHaul USA/Canada to do the initial booking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely Shocking. Cheated on gas said it was 1/2 full, 100yrd down the road saw it was quarter full so took time and dated photo. Call them as soon as I got back to my office in Brentwood. They said they would look at it but when returned they still charge. Called them and they said take up up with your credit card company. Thieves and rude lady when we did pick up as well.

We had a bit of an emergency and they were so helpful with a last minute truck rental to help us through the situation. We are so grateful to them for their superior level of service.
