★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I made an appointment to test drive a Mitsubishi Eclipse at TZ auto dealership in West Kelowna. I drove out from Kamloops with my son. As I was leaving the TZ lot with the vehicle for the test drive I had mentioned I was going to stop to get it inspected. This seemed to agitate the owners. The daughter of the owner requested to ride with us which was no problem and hopped in the back seat. During the test drive she was on her cell phone with her dad communicating with him on where we were. She then asked us to pull over, which I did. Her dad appeared at the drivers window and was yelling and aggressively reached in to grab the keys out of my hands. I got out and noticed her dad was parked directly behind the car and appeared to be blocking us in. Very unprofessional experience and I will not be recommending them.
